Hey there! I’m Margo—a social impact entrepreneur, self-esteem educator, TEDx speaker, and founder of Enrichly. Over the past decade, I’ve helped thousands of young people, families, and educators around the world reframe how they view themselves—and what they believe they can achieve.
My self-esteem education platform has been backed by Google, IBM, and the Early Childhood Authority of Abu Dhabi, and I’ve had the honor of pitching (and winning!) on some of the biggest stages as a Black female founder.

What’s the difference between Pitch to Power™ and the Business Incubator?
Pitch to Power™ is a 1:1 coaching program focused entirely on helping you craft, refine, and confidently deliver pitches, whether that’s for investors, media, clients, or the stage. The Business Incubator is designed to help you build and scale the business behind the pitch. You’ll work on business modeling, branding, operations, offers, and strategy. You can enroll in either program individually, or combine them for the full transformation.
How long is the program?
Each program runs for 6 months.
If you enroll in both simultaneously, we’ll meet 2x per week (1 hour for business development and 1 hour for pitch coaching), plus one monthly in-person intensive if you’re local.
Who is this program best for?
This is ideal for:
● Early-stage or growth-stage entrepreneurs
● Founders preparing to raise capital

● Anyone who has a business idea but needs structure, clarity, and support
What if I don’t have a pitch deck or business model yet?
Perfect, we’ll build it together.
You don’t need to be “ready,” you just need to be committed. We’ll work through your pitch messaging, your deck (if needed), your data room, and your business infrastructure step by step.
How are sessions delivered?
All sessions are held virtually via Zoom. You’ll receive a calendar invite and Zoom link upon onboarding. In-person sessions (1/month) are available if you’re local or able to travel.
Are the sessions recorded?
No, sessions are not automatically recorded, but you may request a recording in advance for up to 2 sessions per month. This helps keep sessions private, focused, and actionable.
Can I reschedule a session if something comes up?
Yes, you may reschedule 1 session per month with at least 24 hours’ notice. Consistency is key, and our schedule is built for momentum, so this policy ensures we both stay accountable to your growth.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. Each program is $5,495, or $10,990 for both combined. Flexible payment plans are available, including a deposit option and monthly payments. You’ll see all available options in your personalized proposal or onboarding email.
